With just a small suitcase, a van and her friends, Singer Harlee Case from the band “New Constellations” is hitting the nation with a new tour! With 2.8 million monthly listeners on Spotify. The Portland-based singer, who performs alongside bandmate Josh Dotorg, is currently on a five month tour hitting every major U.S. city. Although not their first tour, this one marks a milestone as they brought an opening act (Night Heron), and were able to quit their day jobs. Harlee’s music is connecting with a global audience, but she’s making sure to keep things deeply personal on the road. At every stop, she sits behind the merch booth herself, shaking hands, signing shirts and meeting fans face-to-face. “In a world that feels tense and overwhelming, I want our shows to feel like a safe spot,” Harlee says. “Somewhere to forget the bad, even if it’s just for a few hours.” The band’s recent show in Reno, Nevada proved just how powerful that connection can be. When tickets sold out, they moved to a bigger venue (The Alpine)- then sold out again. Although she travels light, Harlee is making a big impact as she continues to spread positive energy to every city on this tour.
